WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BREAST IMPLANTS

A Breast Augmentation is a significant decision, and it involves numerous choices. You not only need to select a highly qualified and experienced Surgeon but also decide on your preferred Implant Type. In today’s world, Breast Implants offer a wide array of choices, including:

  • Breast Implant Size
  • Breast Implant Shape
  • Breast Implant Profile
  • Breast Implant Texture
  • Breast Implant Placement
  • Breast Implant Brand

The right choice of breast implant depends on your unique body shape, existing breast tissue, lifestyle, and desired outcome. BREAST IMPLANT SIZE

Breast implant sizes are measured in Cubic Centimeters (CCs) and range from 120CCs to 1000CCs. Your Surgeon will recommend an implant size that achieves a harmonious balance between your anatomy, desired outcome, and lifestyle. It’s important to remember that the same implant size may look different on another person, as individual factors play a significant role in the final result.

BREAST IMPLANT SHAPE

You have the choice between Round and Teardrop (Anatomical) Implants. Round Implants provide a fuller, rounder appearance, while Teardrop Implants closely mimic the contours of a natural breast.

BREAST IMPLANT PROFILE

Breast Implant Profiles include Low, Moderate, and High, influencing the extent to which your breasts project. Your Surgeon will recommend a profile that is most suitable based on your natural breast size and your desired surgical outcome.

BREAST IMPLANT TEXTURE

Breast Implants are available in two surface finishes: Smooth and Textured. Textured implants facilitate attachment to breast tissue, resulting in longer-lasting results and a reduced risk of complications.

BREAST IMPLANT PLACEMENT

Your choice of Breast Implant Placement includes Sub Glandular, Sub Muscular, and Dual Plane options. Each option has its unique advantages, and your Surgeon will recommend the most appropriate placement based on your physique and desired surgical results.
